The Moba helpdesk is able to see what you are seeing and much more! Via monitor programs almost every sensor input and motor or actuator output can be checked. Many log-systems in the various processors offer our specialist tools for a quick diagnosis, all with one purpose: get your machine running as you want it.
First aid in crisis situations is only a small part of the Helpdesk activities. Most of the request concern questions about the operation of the machine.
